For completing the form you need to fill only two addresses, but for better anonymity you might indicate the third address. "Emergency" address - it’s and address which will be used to return YOUR original BTC if it is impossible to execute the application for any reason.
Order status, when it’s active and during 7 days after completing will be available using the link that is provided when creating the order. After 7 days, info will be completely and permanently deleted from our system.
We don’t save any logs. Info is available for 7 days after completing. Then it’s also deleted. Order info is available only using the link, if you lost the link, it will be impossible to get any order info.
If the system runs out of clean BTC, received amount is too big (more than 50 BTC), any problems with stock exchanges or any other unexpected difficulties. It these cases, you will be refunded automatically, in 48 hours after receiving the funds.
Emergency address is a BTC address, to which you will receive funds that were already received by the system and couldn’t be processed
for any reason (for example, it can’t be completed on time or you contacted technical support and asked to stop the transaction).
Remember, you will receive YOUR ORIGINAL funds to the "Emergency" address, but the Bitcoin network transaction fee will be kept.
We are not taking any fees from emergency transactions! If the transaction was partially processed,
then you will receive only the unprocessed part of your funds.
Guarantee letter - is a text (file), which indicates the main options of application and is signed using service’s digital key. This signed text confirms that you created an order and we received it. Save the guarantee letter before sending us your BTC. If we violate our obligations - you will be able to prove that to the third side and our reputation will be destroyed. We value our reputation, therefore having the guarantee letter, you don’t have to worry about the safety of your funds.
